- In brief

The Hague, NETHERLANDS

Parella’s Dutch office is proud to have partnered with ZonMw, a Dutch public organization that funds and promotes scientific research and innovation in the fields of health, care, and well-being, on the design and fit-out of its new offices in The Hague.
Designed to accommodate new ways of working, these spaces were conceived as a flexible environment that fosters concentration, collaboration, and informal interaction. The teams at Parella Netherlands created a cohesive whole comprising bright open spaces, meeting rooms suited to various purposes, informal areas conducive to socializing, and a welcoming cafeteria at the heart of the project.
The design emphasizes quality of life at work through modern, functional, and welcoming spaces. A dynamic color palette and collaborative zones have been incorporated to stimulate creativity, strengthen interactions between teams, and encourage knowledge sharing. The common areas have also been carefully designed to offer more opportunities for spontaneous interaction, while enhancing the daily experience of employees and visitors.

Our missions
and ambitions.

— A modern, flexible workspace designed for today’s professional needs.
— Colorful, collaborative spaces that foster interaction and teamwork.
— Common areas designed to encourage informal interaction and enhance the user experience.

The search for and creation of a new head office and the adoption of new ways of working quickly became imperative. Following a call for tenders, Rémy Cointreau chose Parella to support it in its real estate search, the acculturation and deployment of new ways of working, and the design and construction of its new head office.

To support this strategy of conquest and international development, the group has undertaken a transformation of its working environment and wanted to offer its employees a new way of working.
