As part of its expansion into France, Veronica Beard entrusted Agilité, a Parella company, with the creation of its first Paris boutique, located on Rue François Ier, in the heart of the Golden Triangle. Designed as an intimate setting, this new space reflects the brand’s unique identity through refined architecture, high-quality materials, and a carefully curated customer experience.

This 200-square-meter project presented particularly significant coordination challenges. Some of the fixtures—including lighting fixtures, certain woodwork elements, and flooring—were supplied directly by the client or its partners. The Agilité teams therefore managed all interfaces, coordinating the various contractors, deliveries, and the progress of the work to ensure the project ran seamlessly.

The execution also required particular attention to the quality of the finishes. Walls with rounded corners, built-in niches, high-end wallpaper, lime wash, solid wood flooring, a staircase clad in wood and bronze-finished steel, and VIP areas: every detail was executed with precision to faithfully reflect the architectural vision conceived for this first Parisian location.

Furthermore, the project took place in an occupied environment, requiring tailored organization to minimize disruption to the building’s residents. Rigorous scheduling of the noisiest work phases and constant coordination with all stakeholders made it possible to balance high-quality execution, respect for the neighborhood, and strict adherence to the timeline.

Beyond the technical execution, this store demonstrates Agilité’s ability to support international brands in rolling out premium retail concepts, where precision in execution, coordination among multiple contractors, and attention to detail are essential to the project’s success.
