As part of its expansion into France, Veronica Beard entrusted Agilité, a Parella company, with the creation of its first Paris boutique, located on Rue François Ier, in the heart of the Golden Triangle. Designed as an intimate setting, this new space embodies the brand’s universe through refined architecture, premium materials, and a carefully curated customer experience.

This 200-square-meter project presented significant coordination challenges. Some of the fixtures—lighting, woodwork, and flooring—were supplied directly by the client or its partners. The Agilité teams therefore managed all interfaces, deliveries, and the progress of the work to ensure the project ran smoothly.

The execution also required special attention to the finishes: walls with rounded corners, built-in niches, high-end wallpaper, lime wash, solid hardwood flooring, a staircase clad in wood and bronze-finished steel, and VIP areas. Every detail was executed with precision to stay true to the architectural vision conceived for this first Parisian location.

Conducted in an occupied building, the project required specialized organization to minimize disruption to the building’s residents. Rigorous planning of the noisiest work phases and ongoing coordination with stakeholders made it possible to balance high-quality execution, respect for the neighborhood, and strict adherence to the schedule.

This boutique demonstrates Agilité’s ability to support international brands in rolling out premium retail concepts, where precision, coordination, and attention to detail are essential.

— Operational management of the construction site and coordination of all contractors and suppliers hired by the client.

— Coordinating between the various departments to ensure smooth operations and adherence to the schedule.

— Coordinating the delivery and installation of equipment supplied directly by the client (lighting, woodwork, finishes).

— Organization of the construction site in an occupied environment to minimize disruption to nearby residents and building occupants.

— Oversaw all technical and architectural work through to the opening of the first Veronica Beard store in France.
