PARELLA attaches particular importance to the processing, confidentiality and security of your personal data.
The protection of your personal data is an essential element of our relationship. PARELLA undertakes to ensure that the processing of personal data carried out on www.parella.fr complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).
I. What is personal data?
According to Article 4.1 of the RGPD, personal data is any information that allows you to be identified either directly or indirectly.
Personal data is therefore any information relating to a natural person who is identified or can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more elements that are specific to that person, such as surname, first name, date of birth, customer or order number, photo, etc...
II. What personal data may we collect?
This site collects personal data via its various contact forms and via the download, at the request of users, of its white paper on the evolution of working methods. Personal data are freely communicated to PARELLA by the persons concerned by consenting to the processing and by taking note of the information displayed under the various contact forms. PARELLA processes your personal data:

- when you have indicated your consent to the processing of your data, in particular for the purposes of managing personalised information and your browsing data via cookies, etc.
V. Who will receive your personal data collected on this site?
Your personal data is primarily intended for PARELLA, the site editor and data controller. They are processed by the staff of the various departments concerned by your requests, such as the sales department and the personal data protection department. They are processed solely for the purposes indicated above. Personal data concerning you may be processed from time to time by PARELLA's principals (public funders, in the context of contract performance or activity monitoring) or subcontractors within the meaning of Article 4.8 of the RGPD) in a strictly supervised manner. They are never communicated to third parties for commercial purposes.
VI. Are personal data transferred outside the European Union?
Personal data collected by this website is not transferred to parties outside the European Union. In the event of contractual transfer of personal data, PARELLA ensures that the recipients are based in the European Union. PARELLA also monitors the compliance of all data recipients with the GDPR.
VII. How long do we keep your personal data?
Your data is required to manage our relationship, in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. The personal data collected on our site is stored in a computerized file by PARELLA and is kept for 3 years from your last contact or for the entire duration of the commercial relationship or, where applicable, for the period required by applicable legal requirements. Supporting documents collected in connection with the exercise of your rights are kept for the time required to process your request, in accordance with CNIL regulations.
VIII. What are your rights and how to exercise them?
PARELLA has adopted the data protection and security practices described in this Privacy Policy for all individuals concerned. In addition, we have also identified and taken into account data protection and security measures required at local or regional level. This includes, for example, those required for residents of the European Union / European Economic Area under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679.

- Right of access: you have the right to access your personal data held by PARELLA.

In the event of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, PARELLA may require payment of reasonable fees that take into account the administrative costs incurred in providing the information or refuse to comply with such requests (Article 12.5 of the RGPD).
- Right of rectification: you have the right to have your personal data rectified if it is inaccurate or obsolete and/or to have it completed if it is incomplete.
If you believe that information about you is inaccurate and should be rectified, please indicate precisely which data about you is inaccurate or incomplete, and provide any information enabling it to be corrected or completed (Article 16 of the RGPD).
- Right to erasure/right to be forgotten: you have the right to have your data erased or deleted. This right may, however, be limited by legal grounds or our legitimate interest in retaining your personal data.

Please note: this right is not absolute, PARELLA may be obliged to retain information about you, in particular as part of, the management of the commercial relationship (invoice management, litigation management) and as part of the documentation and provision of evidence relating to the exercise of your rights.
- Right to object: you may at any time ask to be removed from our mailing list for offers, news and events. You may also request to receive non-personalized communications about our services.
Please indicate precisely the data processing concerning you to which you wish to object, and the reasons for your request. Please note: this right is not absolute. Please indicate precisely the processing for which you object to the management of your personal data, and the reasons for your request (Article 21 of the GDPR).
- Right to withdraw consent at any time for data processing based on consent: you may withdraw your consent to our processing of your data where such processing is based on consent.
- Right to restrict processing: You have the right to ask PARELLA to temporarily freeze the use of some of your data.
Please indicate precisely the data concerning you for which you are requesting the limitation of processing, and the reasons for your request. Please note: this right is not absolute; PARELLA may decide to continue processing your data (Article 18.3 of the RGPD). Limitation, if implemented, may result in the suspension of services provided by PARELLA (access to work and deliverables, receipt of information, etc.). These impacts will be described to you in the letter acknowledging receipt of your request to limit processing.
- Right to data portability: you have the right to move, copy or transfer data from our database to another. This right applies only to data that you have provided, and provided that the processing is based on a contract or your consent and carried out using automated processes
Each user may at any time make a request for data portability in order to recover the personal data that PARELLA has collected about him/her in the context of processing based on consent and on a contractual basis. If you would like your data to be transferred to another data controller in a standard format, please specify this and provide the contact details of the other data controller.
You also have the right to formulate specific or general directives concerning the conservation, deletion and communication of your post-mortem data.
