Parella was created in 2009 by a group of Managing Partners keen to offer their customers a more specialized and objective approach to real estate. A long-term partner approach. With the determination to act on everydimensions of the project and the space, and the know-how to guide diverse customers in their transition to new ways of working.

After the first few years devoted to real estate real estate (strategy and transactions) and consulting services for office office development projects (projects, Parella rapidly expanded its range of its range of services to better meet to better meet its customers' needs.

OUR HISTORY

2009

Creation of Parella by several partners who had previously held senior management positions in international real estate agencies.

2012

Creation of the real estate appraisal department.

2015

Parella co-founds the Exis Global network.

2016

Creation of a technical design office (building and technical equipment audits, tertiary decree, building renovation, etc.).

2018

Opening of Parella's capital to an investor to finance the company's growth and future acquisitions. Opening of Parella's capital to its employees and managers.

2019

Acquisition of Exis Global's Dutch office (Solved based in Amsterdam)

2020

Creation of the Change Management department (People & Transformation)

2021

Expansion of the interior design agency's offer (scenarization and accessorization of spaces, communications agency).

2022

Acquisition of Exis Global's Spanish office (TTS based in Madrid and Lisbon). Certification as training organization (Parella Academy©)

2023

Acquisition of Agilité, an office and point-of-sale fit-out specialist operating throughout Europe. Parella opens new European offices: Berlin, Milan, London, Luxembourg, Amsterdam and Brussels. 

2016
