In the event of a dispute, the jurisdiction rules set out in Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012, known as the Brussels I Regulation (recast), apply.
If you are a consumer user :
- you may bring the matter either before the court of the place where you are domiciled, or before the competent French courts according to French law.
- PARELLA may bring the matter before the court of the place where you are domiciled.
If you are a professional user, the competent court is that of PARELLA's domicile.
PARELLA reserves the right to seek and obtain injunctions or orders in defense of its rights hereunder.
MAIN APPLICABLE LAWS
- Law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, notably amended by Law no. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, relating to information technology, files and freedoms, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on Data Protection (RGPD).
- Law no. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for confidence in the digital economy.
