WTW, one of the world's leading corporate insurance brokers and advisors, has decided to make its Paris base an integral part of a dynamic of modernity and innovation. and innovation. Parella carried out an in-depth study of the Paris market to define a real estate strategy and select the most suitable options. We then researched and negotiated the lease, enabling us to identify and secure 10,000 m² of space in the Hekla tower, an exceptional project in La Défense designed by Ateliers Jean Nouvel.

Parella also carried out a technical and spatial study of the shortlisted buildings to meet WTW's specific requirements.

Lastly, Parella organized workshops, information sessions, visits and integration days to help teams settle in and make the most of the new space.
