Parella conducted an in-depth study of the Parisian market to define a real estate strategy and select the most suitable options. We then sourced and negotiated the lease, enabling us to identify and secure 10,000 m² of space in the Hekla Tower, an exceptional project in La Défense designed by Ateliers Jean Nouvel.

Parella also conducted a technical and spatial analysis of the shortlisted buildings to meet WTW’s specific requirements.

Finally, we provided change management support by organizing workshops, information sessions, tours, and orientation days to help the teams settle into and adapt to their new spaces.
