Our missions and ambitions.
- Phased handover of the three floors to allow gradual occupation
- Transformation of level 3 into a dedicated staff area with offices, IT rooms, copy rooms and cafeteria.
- Creation of a reception area, meeting rooms and new audiovisual infrastructure on level 2
- Complete overhaul of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) system on level 2 to improve air quality
- Close coordination to manage delays due to the pandemic, with work resuming in April 2020 after containment.
Agilité - a Parella company designed the three floors of Kirkland & Ellis' new Paris headquarters in an emblematic Haussmann building, with a project structured in several phases.
After an interruption due to the health crisis, the project was relaunched and delivered on schedule. The fit-out, which included private offices, meeting spaces and a complete overhaul of the technical installations, enabled the law firm to set up in optimal conditions, combining comfort and functionality.
