Assisting Winston & Strawn LLP, a renowned international law firm, with the renovation of its new Paris headquarters in an iconic Haussmann-style building. The project aims to balance the preservation of architectural heritage, strict confidentiality requirements, and the integration of contemporary commercial real estate standards, all within a particularly tight timeline.

Our missions and ambitions.

— General contractor: managing the turnkey project within a tight 5-month timeline, coordinating stakeholders in a challenging historic preservation environment

— Heritage preservation: restoration and enhancement of existing architectural features (hardwood floors, moldings, fireplaces) to preserve the identity of the site

— Architectural design: striking a balance between Haussmannian heritage and contemporary features tailored to the needs of an international law firm

— Modernization of spaces: incorporation of current commercial standards (performance, comfort, efficiency) without altering the building’s character

— Confidentiality & Acoustics: Enhanced acoustic treatment to meet the specific requirements of the legal profession and ensure the confidentiality of conversations

— Space planning: designing environments suited to different uses (offices, meeting rooms, private workspaces)

— Project Management & Coordination: Careful management of technical and heritage-related constraints to ensure high-quality execution and adherence to deadlines
