Assisting Winston & Strawn LLP, a renowned international law firm, with the renovation of its new Paris headquarters in an iconic Haussmann-style building. The project aims to balance the preservation of architectural heritage, strict confidentiality requirements, and the integration of contemporary commercial standards, all within a particularly tight timeline.

Our missions and ambitions.

— General contractor: management of a turnkey project within a tight 5-month timeline, coordination of stakeholders in a challenging historic setting
— Heritage preservation: restoration and enhancement of existing architectural elements (hardwood floors, moldings, fireplaces) to preserve the building’s identity
— Architectural design: striking a balance between Haussmannian heritage and contemporary features suited to the needs of an international law firm

— Space modernization: integration of current commercial standards (performance, comfort, efficiency) without altering the building’s character
— Privacy & acoustics: enhanced acoustic treatment to meet the specific requirements of the legal profession and ensure the confidentiality of discussions
