A sustainable and scalable headquarters that combines industrial heritage with modern workplace requirements. Clear zoning and a recognizable core facilitate collaboration, meetings, and orientation, perfectly in line with Vandebron's mission.

Design
and implementation.

Vandebron, a green energy supplier, has established its headquarters in a former machine factory (1901) located near Amsterdam Central Station. Parella provided real estate consulting and project management services for this project. The interior was designed by Hollandse Nieuwe, which integrated a new spatial structure into the historic building.

Real estate consulting & location strategy
Selection and leasing of a character building in line with Vandebron's brand identity and sustainability ambitions.

Project management & implementation
Overall management ofscheduling, budget, and quality, as well as coordination between design and execution through to final delivery.

Design & architecture (Hollandse Nieuwe)
A clear spatial organization covering 1,600 m², while preserving distinctive elements such as sightlines, differences in levels, and half-levels, ensuring smooth and logical circulation within the building.

Materials & character

Each floor showcases its own spatial qualities: steel columns on the ground floor and wooden beams in the attic combine to create a flexible and inspiring working environment.

Result

A sustainable and enduring headquarters that combines industrial heritage with modern working requirements. The clear zoning and identifiable central core make collaboration, exchanges, and orientation natural, perfectly in line with Vandebron's mission.
