- Renovation and adaptation of spaces to ensure a safe return to the office
- In-depth cleaning of three levels and reorganization of room partitions
- Reconfiguration of workspaces to meet sanitary requirements and ensure 4 m² per workstation
- Installation of touch-free water fountains and employee wellness features
- Complete project management, including supplier coordination, budget monitoring and scheduling
- Regular communication with the customer and sharing of progress via plans and photo reports
- Integration of glass partitions, benches and platforms to optimize circulation and use of spaces
- Updating of electrical, network and lighting infrastructure
- Installation of flexible PVC flooring and new acoustic panels
- Replaced the existing suspended ceiling with a more flexible and easily modifiable model.
This successful project has enabled LinkedIn to offer its employees a modernized, safe workspace that complies with new standards.
