The goal: To support FRAME in creating its Paris showroom by integrating its contemporary identity into a Haussmann-style building dating from 1870. The project aimed to create a hybrid space—serving as a presentation area, reception space, and workspace—faithful to the standards of the brand’s American boutiques. Despite significant structural and logistical constraints, the goal was to ensure flawless execution, adhering to every design detail, material, and quality requirement defined by FRAME.

Our missions and ambitions.

General contractor: overall project management, adjustment of the phasing during construction, and coordination of stakeholders within a constrained environment
Management of existing constraints: work in a historic building with significant technical limitations (reinforced ceilings, heritage moldings, presence of lead, restricted logistics access) requiring precision and foresight
Execution in a complex site: organization of the construction site with strict delivery constraints (access permitted only at dawn) and continuous adaptation to unforeseen issues with the existing structure
International quality standards: strict adherence to FRAME standards, with selection and installation of materials identical to those used in U.S. stores, without compromise despite local constraints

Custom design and execution: creation of a multi-level space incorporating specific architectural elements (custom staircase, precise handling of volumes and circulation)
Materials & finishes: use of high-end materials (polished concrete, polished stainless steel, Buxy stone, precision-laid parquet) combining Parisian craftsmanship with the brand’s contemporary identity
Identity & experience: creation of a space where Haussmannian elegance interacts with FRAME’s modern aesthetic, offering an immersive experience consistent with the brand’s international image

Realized in a demanding context, FRAME’s Paris showroom exemplifies a high-end approach based on mastery of constraints, precision in execution, and absolute fidelity to an architectural vision. A project where complexity and high standards become the driving forces behind an exceptional achievement.
