The goal: To ensure the opening of Skin Laundry’s first permanent retail location in the United Kingdom by transforming a historic building into a welcoming space that aligns with the brand’s premium image.

Our missions and ambitions.

- Complete renovation of the site on Newburgh Street, Soho, within six weeks

- Design and execution of a high-end interior fit-out, including decoration and equipment installation

- Complete project management: permits, procurement, demolition and construction

- Creation of three treatment rooms and a sales area, for an optimal customer experience

- Collaboration with stakeholders and management of pandemic-related challenges to ensure on-time delivery
