The search for and creation of a new headquarters, along with the adoption of new ways of working, quickly became a priority. Following a request for proposals, Rémy Cointreau selected Parella to assist with its real estate search, the implementation and rollout of new work methods, and the design and construction of its new headquarters. To support this strategy of international expansion and growth, the group undertook a transformation of its work environment and sought to offer its employees a new way of working.
