Our missions
and ambitions.

- Tight schedule for a six-month project involving demolition, refurbishment and construction.
-
Compliance with local and technical standards in Hamburg, where regulations vary from zone to zone.

Strict on-site safety management, with protocols translated into five languages.
-Rigorous selection and validation of material samples (paints, finishes) in close collaboration with the customer and his chief designer.

- Use of local suppliers wherever possible and recovery of reusable materials (e.g. tiles for satellite kitchens).
- Ecological waste management with selective sorting and recycling.
- Organization of regular calls and meetings with the customer and his designer to validate each stage.

Weekly reports with photographs of the work to ensure total transparency.
