The objective: To transform a 2,400 m² space into a modern working environment, while retaining the classic elegance of the Haussmann style, for the Paris headquarters of Meridiaman investor and asset manager specializing in public infrastructure.

- Project carried out in two phases to minimize impact on business activities

- Adoption of an open-book contractual approach to ensure transparency and budgetary control

- Close collaboration with STUDIOS Architecture for design and optimization of collaborative spaces

- Design and installation of technical packages (HVAC, electricity, plumbing).

- Integration of modern elements: new resilient floor coverings, parquet and moldings

- Efficient management of site coordination and supervision, to deliver a result that meets the customer's expectations.
