The objective: To transform a 2,400 m² space into a modern working environment, while retaining the classic elegance of the Haussmann style, for the Paris headquarters of Meridiaman investor and asset manager specializing in public infrastructure.

— A two-phase project designed to minimize the impact on the company's operations

— Adoption of an “open book” contracting approach to ensure transparency and budgetary control

— Close collaboration with STUDIOS Architecture on the design and optimization of collaborative spaces

— Overseeing the design and installationof mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

— Incorporation of modern elements: new resilient flooring, hardwood floors, and moldings
