In 2024, Parella accompanied Samsung Electronics France as it moved into its new headquarters at 6 rue Fructidor in Saint-Ouen, in the heart of the new So Pop building. This major project marks a key stage in the transformation of the electronics leader's working environment.
A long-standing partnership:
This move is part of a continuing collaboration between Samsung and Parella that dates back more than 10 years. Following the refurbishment of the former headquarters in the Ovalie building in Saint-Ouen, this new project reinforces their partnership through a shared vision: to design spaces that encourage innovation, flexibility and cross-functionality. While the change is minimal in terms of location, it is significant in terms of transformation.

More than just a change of location, this new headquarters offers a modern, connected environment, adapted to new ways of working, to facilitate flexibility and transversality between teams. The move to a flex-office allows employees to freely choose their workspace according to their daily needs.
"Today, we come to the office to meet and exchange ideas, and everyone can sit where they like, according to the demands of their day", explains Olivier Oger, Vice President of Samsung Electronics France.
The layout was designed to encourage meetings and creativity, removing traditional barriers between teams. Numerous informal spaces were created, including modular and reversible cafeterias that can be transformed into meeting rooms. " The key idea behind our design project was to open up our organization in a "One Samsung" way, by considerably increasing the number of meeting spaces," explains Olivier Oger.
The building's architecture, designed by Lobjoy Bouvier Boisseau, emphasizes warm materials such as wood and natural colors, creating a welcoming and inspiring environment. The project also responds to the expectations of today's talents, by integrating the challenges of telecommuting and CSR commitments.
With this new headquarters, Samsung France has established itself as a pioneer in agile work environments, adapted to the challenges of the future.
