Expansion project for the PSG Megastore at Parc des Princes to address space constraints and enhance the customer experience.

Renovation of the underutilized VIP space on the first floor dedicated to retail.

Collaboration with an American design partner for custom installations.

Our missions and ambitions.

— Coordinating the work to maximize retail space and improve customer flow.

— Managing supply chain challenges, including delays in the delivery of decorative lighting and custom-made woodwork.

— Oversaw the installation of six metric tons of woodwork in the absence of a local team in France.

— Work will be carried out primarily outside of operating hours, and construction will be suspended on game days to ensure visitor safety.
