Expansion project for the PSG Megastore at Parc des Princes to address space constraints and enhance the customer experience.

Renovation of the underutilized VIP space on the first floor dedicated to retail.

Collaboration with an American design partner for custom installations.

Our missions and ambitions.

- Coordinated work to maximize sales space and improve customer flow.

- Management of supply chain challenges, including late deliveries of decorative lighting and custom millwork.

- Supervision of the installation of six tons of joinery in the absence of a local team in France.

- Work carried out mainly outside opening hours, and work suspended on match days to ensure the safety of visitors.
