250 employees
Parella assisted Crédit Mutuel Arkéa in the relocation of its Parisian teams to 27-29 Chateaubriand, a 3,600 m² complex located near the Arc de Triomphe.
After taking over the lease on this luxury building, Parella was responsible for the design and implementation of the fit-out, while supporting the transformation of working practices. The building stands out for its bright spaces, 650 m² of terraces and gardens, including a rooftop of over 100 m², and excellent energy performance.
Our missions
and ambitions.
- Architecture & Design
- Workplace strategy
- Fit-out project
- Implementation as general contractor
Parella designed an ambitious project for Arkéa's employees, focusing on flex-office, comfort and space diversity. The aim was to optimize floor space while enhancing the experience of teams, visitors and visiting employees.
The project had to meet several requirements: comply with regulatory constraints, be completed before the Olympic Games, encourage cross-functionality and reflect Arkéa's identity by integrating the site's architecture. The design, which focused on light, elegance and well-being, also took into account employee expectations, with enhanced internal communication.
