Parella is proud to have supported Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, a leading cooperative and mutual insurance group with a strong presence in Brittany and the South-West (head office in Brest), in its project to regroup its Paris teams.

After taking over the lease on the entire 27-29 Chateaubriand building, close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées, which underwent major restructuring by Wilmotte & Associés Architectes and Groupe Legendre (builder) on behalf of DENTRESSANGLE Foncière Immobilière, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa entrusted Parella with the task of designing and building its future facilities and supporting the transformation of its working methods.

A luxury building with a total floor area of 3,600 m² over 12 levels, featuring:

- Bright, airy spaces

- 650 m² of terraces and gardens, including a rooftop of over 100 m²,

- First-rate energy performance.

Parella's teams were tasked with developing an ambitious project for Arkea's employees, including a move to a flex office, which was to provide teams with comfort, a plurality of uses and a diversity of spaces.

This ambition translated into very specific requirements:
- To take into account the regulatory constraints of the various professions involved
- A project to be finalized before the start of the Olympic Games
- An approach to optimizing floor space
- The desire to improve the experience of Parisian teams, visiting employees and external visitors
- Encouraging more cross-functionality and collaborative working
- Asserting Arkea's identity by integrating the site's architectural features
- A design centered on timeless elegance and light, the quest for sobriety and the well-being of occupants
- Particular attention paid to the expectations of Arkea employees and to keeping them informed, thanks to internal communications teams
