AMSTELVEEN
1,800 M2

After a previous successful collaboration, Parella's Dutch office played an important role in helping Nikon find a new location for its headquarters in Amstelveen.

Our workplace consultancy department assessed Nikon's needs, focusing on efficient use of space, shared workspaces and opportunities for interaction. Based on this list of requirements, our real estate agents then found a suitable site in Amstelveen that matched these objectives.

Right from the entrance, you'll find a welcoming reception area with a coffee bar that encourages interaction between colleagues. The workspaces are interspersed with meeting rooms, offering flexibility and dynamism.
