The goal: to design an immersive space for NBA fans in Paris, featuring a wide range of official NBA and WNBA merchandise, and a customization area for jerseys and caps from all 30 NBA teams.
Our missions and ambitions.
- Creation of a 450 m² boutique dedicated to NBA and WNBA products

- Collaboration with Gensler for design development and management of sourcing challenges
- Set up weekly meetings to ensure smooth project progress
- Use of Procore to track and share progress with all stakeholders
- Coordination with Lids to guarantee a high-quality customer experience
Agility - a Parella company took charge of the opening of the NBA Store in Paris in partnership with Gensler and Lids. The project was completed in 8 weeks, requiring rigorous supply management and coordination between local and international teams to ensure on-time delivery.
The integration of efficient solutions and ongoing collaboration enabled the delivery of a retail space befitting the NBA experience, with an immersive ambience and personalized services for fans.
