MADRID — KUDOS INNOVATION CAMPUS LAS MERCEDES

REAL ESTATE STRATEGY DEFINITION + CONSULTING + DESIGN & BUILD FOR THE NEW SPANISH HEADQUARTERS

The objective: to support Medline Europe in establishing its new Madrid headquarters within an innovative, modern, and flexible campus, in line with its European strategy of unifying its workspaces.

Our missions and ambitions.

— Strategic approach and attentiveness to employee needs, in order to align the property search with Medline's culture and practices

— Search and benchmarking of the best opportunities on the Madrid market, spatial, technical, financial, and contractual analyses

— Comprehensive support until the lease agreement is signed, ensuring an informed and sustainable choice

— Design & Build of the new space: design and layout of 1,100 m² in close collaboration with Medline teams to create a warm, functional environment that reflects their identity

— European coordination between the Parella Paris, Amsterdam, and Madrid teams for a consistent and integrated approach, following on from projects carried out in France and the Netherlands

— Contribution to a European architectural concept, gradually rolled out across the group's various locations




This project perfectly illustrates the Parella Group's ability to support international organizations in their strategic real estate decisions, combining local expertise, a European vision, and operational excellence.
