Parella assisted the teams of Paris 2024 - Organizing Committee for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games (COJO) in finding and negotiating a lease for its Saint-Denis headquarters (Pulse building).

Our missions and ambitions.

- Strategy & real estate transactions

To move closer to the epicenter of the Olympic Games and accommodate the phased expansion of its headquarters staff, the Paris 2024 Organizing Committee needed to secure a suitable space in the city of Saint-Denis.

Parella therefore conducted an in-depth real estate search, analyzed several sites, and supported the OCOG in negotiations that culminated in 2020 with the signing of a lease for a 28,860 m² building owned by Icade. This agile and flexible space has accommodated an additional 700 employees in 2023 and another 2,000 employees since the beginning of the year, bringing the total to 4,000 people.
