The goal: To support Messika Paris in creating a luxurious showcase within Galeries Lafayette, right in the heart of a constantly bustling environment. The project aimed to faithfully reflect the brand’s high-end identity through a refined space, while meeting particularly demanding technical, logistical, and security constraints. The challenge was to ensure flawless execution, without compromising on quality, within a controlled timeframe.

Work in an occupied space: Organization and management of a construction site within an operating department store, with daily coordination with Galeries Lafayette teams
Management of technical constraints: Addressing specific requirements (fire safety, HVAC, site access, daily logistics) and continuous adaptation to site conditions
Excellence in execution: use of premium materials and high-end finishes (marble, decorative paint, custom woodwork, metal facade)

Operational agility: the ability to make quick and effective decisions in a constantly changing environment
Respect for brand identity: a faithful representation of the Messika universe through elegant, precise design that is consistent with its standards
Quality & precision: attention to every detail to ensure a flawless final result that meets the high standards of the luxury sector
