Design and deliver the fourth Cadillac showroom in Europe, as part of General Motors' expansion strategy in the zero-emission electric vehicle market.

Located at 6 Poststrasse, this new lifestyle space embodies Cadillac's elegance and innovation, blending seamlessly into Hamburg's urban environment.

Our missions and ambitions.

- Complete showroom fit-out, including total strip-out, demolition of existing partitions and obtaining necessary permits

- Coordination with architect Gensler to translate the Cadillac identity into a contemporary, functional space

- Rigorous planning of an eight-month project, incorporating customer adjustments (reduction to a single floor, addition of a basement conference and staff area)

- Management of logistical constraints linked to restricted access (deliveries limited to 7.5-tonne trucks and guarded pedestrian zone) through constant negotiations with local authorities and police

- Installation of state-of-the-art technical systems: programmable DALI lighting, LED screens including a monumental round one as a focal point, suspended ceilings and custom millwork

- Top-of-the-range finishes: parquet flooring, customized furniture, customization table and careful integration of the Cadillac identity.

- Proactive communication with the customer and local partners through regular meetings and follow-up via Procore, Teams and Holobuilder to ensure transparency and responsiveness.

- Integration of a renovated basement space (conference room, staff area, accessible washrooms) during the project, with no impact on deadlines or budget.
