Parella assisted the Bibliothèque Publique d'Information du Centre Pompidou in the selection and negotiation of these premises in the Lumière building, the largest private office building in Paris. The BPI will be relocated to the 12th arrondissement of Paris until 2030.

Parella carried out a complex and exciting real estate consulting project, including scoping, in-depth property research, spatial and technical analysis of target premises, and negotiations.

We facilitated the leasing of 10,000 m² across two floors of the Lumière building, with a scheduled opening to the public on August 25, 2025. The spaces were designed to support the BPI’s cultural and digital initiatives and exchanges, enabling it to host numerous events (workshops, conferences) and create coworking spaces. This project also marks a historic transition in the history of the Centre Pompidou, which will soon celebrate its 50th anniversary.
