- Design and layout of the new space retail at the O'Parinor O'Parinor shopping center

- Turnkey project management in just one month, including budgeting, planning and scheduling of work

- Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and adherence to deadlines

- Precise project monitoring with weekly meetings involving the Lids teams in France, Germany and the UK

- Ongoing communication with the customer by sharing plans and photos of the site to ensure compliance with requirements

- Customized services: joinery, lighting, electrical work, exterior signage, finishes, flooring and graphics

- Creation of a customized sales counter and electronic table to optimize the customer experience
