The goal: to design a functional and inspiring store that delivers a unique customer experience while adhering to the brand’s standards Lids and a tight schedule.

Our missions and ambitions.

- Design and fit-out of new retail space at Lakeside Shopping Centre

- Turnkey project management in just four weeks, including budgeting, planning and scheduling of work

- Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery

- Precise project monitoring with weekly meetings involving Lids teams in France, Germany and the UK

- Ongoing communication with the customer by sharing site plans and photos to ensure compliance with requirements

- Tailor-made services: joinery, lighting, electrical work, exterior signage, finishes, flooring and graphics

- Installation of a slatwall, embroidery counter and cash cube to match Lids' corporate identity.

- Provision of lighting,IT, data network, air conditioning, fire alarm and emergency signage.
- Proactive management of unforeseen circumstances, including delays in the delivery of materials, to ensure timely opening

- Compliance with the regulatory requirements and administrative processes of the commercial landlord
