The goal: to design a functional and inspiring store that delivers a unique customer experience while adhering to the brand’s standards Lids and a tight schedule.
Our missions and ambitions.
— Design and layout of the new retail space atthe Lakeside Shopping Center
— Turnkey project management in just four weeks, including budgeting, planning, and scheduling of the work
— Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and adherence to deadlines
— Close monitoring of the project through weekly meetings involving Lids’ teams in France, Germany, and the United Kingdom
— Ongoing communication withthe client through the sharing of plans and photos of the construction site to ensure compliance with requirements
— Custom services: carpentry, lighting, electrical work, exterior signage, finishing touches, flooring, and graphics
— Installation of a slat wall, an embroidery counter, and a cash cube to align with Lids' visual identity
— Management of lighting, theIT, the data network, the air conditioning system, the fire alarm system, and emergency signage.
— Proactive management of unforeseen circumstances, particularly delays in material deliveries, to ensure a timely opening
— Compliance with regulatory requirements and the commercial landlord’s administrative processes
