In 2021, Groupe Rocher decided to bring all its brands together in the Cap Connect building in Issy-les-Moulineaux to facilitate inter-group cross-functionality. This project has enabled the company to rethink its head office as a responsible green territory, generating well-being and flexibility in order to embody its raison d'être "Reconnect people to nature" and welcome new hybrid work modes.

In order to create strong brand territories, Parella teams were immersed in the group's universe.
