How do you develop a company's office space to meet its growth challenges and boost operational efficiency? That's the challenge that Mobiquity Inc, a Dutch digital consultancy, turned to us to meet.
Parella first advised Mobiquity Inc. on its real estate strategy, which led to the signing of a lease on a new building in Amsterdam.

Then, to better understand the company's needs in terms of work environment, our experts conducted in-depth interviews with its employees. With the support of OOKarchitecten for the design of the workspaces, we then fitted out the new offices.
