To carry out a comprehensive, high-end renovation of a historic retail space in the heart of Frankfurt, transforming it into a modern Cadillac showroom, while balancing heritage constraints, technical requirements related to electric vehicles, and tight deadlines as part of GM’s European expansion.

View of the showroom, featuring a lounge area with a coffee table in the center, a light fixture, and two gray armchairs; on the wall in the center is a poster displaying the brand name.

Our missions and ambitions.

- Design and execution of a complete fit-out, including demolition of old facilities and creation of new spaces (showroom, conference room, staff areas)

- Respect for the architectural integrity of a historic building, while integrating the technical specifics of electric vehicles

- Installation of custom doors to allow vehicle access without altering the listed façade
- Complex logistical coordination linked to delivery and weight restrictions, with precise planning to avoid any disruption

- Management of regulatory constraints, particularly in terms of fire safety, and integration of systems (ventilation, lighting, sprinklers) in keeping with the building's appearance.

- Constant communication with stakeholders, including other noise-sensitive occupants, through regular updates and night-time planning for noisy work

- Budget optimization: reuse of existing systems (HVAC, ventilation) and use of local sourcing, notably for parquet flooring and custom millwork

This project illustrates the expertise ofAgilité, a Parella company in transforming historic spaces into modern, high-performance showrooms, where brand identity, heritage and innovation coexist harmoniously.
