The goal: to create a modern and functional dining area that meets the brand’s standards and is optimized for high foot traffic, particularly during the summer.

Our missions and ambitions.

- Complete renovation of a 500 m² space in the Les Halles shopping center

- Capacity for 120 covers indoors and terrace extension for high season

- Strict adherence to brand guidelines and coordination with design agency Black Sheep

- Collaboration with specialized suppliers, including Chapman Ventilation Limited, for HVAC

- Project management from A to Z: design, demolition, procurement, construction and fit-out

- Supervision of local permits and regulations to ensure a smooth opening

- Guaranteed delivery to Five Guys international standards
