The goal: to create a modern and functional dining area that meets the brand’s standards and is optimized for high foot traffic, particularly during the summer.

Our missions and ambitions.

— Complete renovation of a 500 m²space in the Les Halles shopping center

— Seating capacity of 120 indoors, with an outdoor terrace extension for the peak season

— Strict adherence to brand guidelines and coordination with the design agency Black Sheep

— Collaboration with specialized suppliers, including Chapman Ventilation Limited, for HVAC

— Project management from start to finish: design, demolition, procurement, construction, and fit-out

— Oversight of local permits and regulations to ensure a smooth opening

— Ensuring delivery in accordance with Five Guys’ international standards
