Converteo, a leading consulting firm specializing in data and AI transformation for businesses, continues to grow and is thoroughly rethinking its working environment. After several years at Quai de Valmy, the company has chosen to relocate at the end of 2024 to the Lumière - Seine building, in the heart of Bercy / Cour Saint-Émilion (Paris 12e), in order to support its development and offer its teams a headquarters to match its ambitions.

Converteo entrusted Parella with a strategic project: to design an iconic and adaptable headquarters capable of supporting the company’s growth while reflecting its identity and values.
Located within one of Paris’s largest commercial complexes, owned by Primonial / Praemia REIM France, the company now occupies the top four floors of the Lumière building, featuring a 200-square-meter panoramic terrace and breathtaking views of the capital.

Parella managed the project from start to finish: selecting and negotiating the site to secure the best real estate terms, designing a layout and space plan focused on collaboration, creating custom architectural, technical, and interior designs, and overseeing all construction and installation work within an ambitious timeline.

The space’s design blends premium materials with functional design: light oak and cork finishes, polished concrete floors, and a color scheme that varies by floor, featuring shades of green and blue, create an elegant and warm atmosphere.
