To assist Vitra, an international leader in high-end designer furniture, in optimizing its real estate strategy in Paris centered on its showroom on Rue Boudreau.

In a context where the location plays a central role—serving as a brand showcase, workspace, and venue for meetings with clients, partners, and influencers—the challenge was to secure a location consistent with Vitra’s premium positioning while optimizing the lease terms.

Located in the heart of the 9th arrondissement, right next to the Opera and major transportation routes, the site enjoys a strategic location in a dynamic neighborhood that is highly influential.

After analyzing several scenarios, including an exploration of market opportunities, the project led to the decision to remain in the current premises, with a renegotiation of the lease covering approximately 800 m² in a building owned by Groupama.

A decision that will help solidify Vitra’s presence in an environment consistent with its brand image, while boosting the economic performance of its location.
