WORKPLACE
DESIGN & FURNITURE

Supporting Vitra, a global leader in high-end designer furniture, in optimizing its Paris real estate strategy centered on its showroom on Rue Boudreau.
In a context where the location plays a central role—serving as a brand showcase, workspace, and meeting place for clients, partners, and influencers—the challenge was to secure a presence consistent with Vitra’s premium positioning while optimizing lease terms.
Located in the heart of the 9th arrondissement, in the immediate vicinity of the Opera and major transportation routes, the site benefits from a strategic location in a dynamic neighborhood with strong influence.
After analyzing several scenarios, including an exploration of market opportunities, the project led to a decision to remain in the current premises, with a renegotiation of the lease covering approximately 800 m² within a building owned by Groupama.
This choice allows Vitra to consolidate its presence in an environment aligned with its image, while strengthening the economic performance of its location.

An elegant, minimalist desk is set in a classic room featuring a carved fireplace, a large ornate mirror, and refined white moldings.
A cozy conference table covered with a white tablecloth is surrounded by light-wood chairs in a room with terracotta and white walls.
This Haussmann-style living room combines iconic furniture with playful touches, featuring a tiger-shaped rug and a Noguchi coffee table in the center.
