The aim: to provide Ricoh with a sober, collaborative and inspiring working environment, perfectly in line with the Group's values of efficiency, sustainability and innovation.

Our missions and ambitions.

- Overall support for Ricoh's real estate strategy in selecting and optimizing the site
- Choice of a recently refurbished building, limiting work and promoting energy efficiency
- Creation of a hybrid common space stimulating synergy between Ricoh Europe and Ricoh Nederland
- Installation of two technical laboratories showcasing Ricoh's technological expertise
- Implementation of flex office solutions to support new working practices
- Biophilic design and responsible materials for an environment conducive to well-being and efficiency
- A location in line with the Group's CSR commitments, focused on the environment and collaboration.

Parella assisted Ricoh in the design and fit-out of its new 1,500 m² headquarters in Amsterdam.

A strategic project designed to bring together European and Dutch teams around a common space, conceived to encourage hybrid working and reflect the group's values of innovation.

Through a sober, responsible and collaborative approach, Solved's teams were able to translate Ricoh's needs into an optimized layout, limiting the impact of construction work while valorizing in-house know-how.

By capitalizing on flexible solutions, biophilic design and adapted technical spaces, this project offers an inspiring new working environment aligned with Ricoh's ambitions.
