The aim: to provide Ricoh with a sober, collaborative and inspiring working environment, perfectly in line with the Group's values of efficiency, sustainability and innovation.

—Selection of a recently renovated building, minimizing the need for additional work and promoting energy efficiency.

—Creation of a hybrid shared space to foster synergy between Ricoh Europe and Ricoh Nederland.

—Establishment of two technical laboratories that showcase Ricoh's technological expertise.

—Implementation of flexible office solutions to support new ways of working.

Parella assisted Ricoh in the design and fit-out of its new 1,500 m² headquarters in Amsterdam.

A strategic project designed to bring together European and Dutch teams around a common space, conceived to encourage hybrid working and reflect the group's values of innovation.

Through a sober, responsible and collaborative approach, Solved's teams were able to translate Ricoh's needs into an optimized layout, limiting the impact of construction work while valorizing in-house know-how.

By capitalizing on flexible solutions, biophilic design and adapted technical spaces, this project offers an inspiring new working environment aligned with Ricoh's ambitions.
