Bayard has built an 8,600m2 headquarters designed to embody its values and ambitions: flex office, shared spaces, production studios, agora, connected rooms... Nothing has been left to chance.

The interior architecture features a bold palette - petrol blue, mustard yellow, carmine red, almond green - with an emblematic "Bayard Blue" as a common thread. Each floor is a sensory experience, enhanced by the choice of sustainable materials: light oak, walnut, stone-effect resin and perforated metal. A warm, contemporary and deeply human universe.

Our missions and ambitions.

- Support Bayard in redefining its work organization, with flexible, creative and hybrid layouts.

- Create a customized interior design reflecting Bayard's DNA: identifiable colors, personalized furnishings, inspiring spaces.

- Ensuring environmental exemplarity: HQE, BREEAM, BBCA, BiodiverCity certifications... and sourced or recycled materials

- Ensuring smooth project management between partners, notably through the reuse of existing furniture and the selection of low-carbon impact solutions with Bluedigo and SILVERA

- Supporting and leading change: training, communication and facilitation

- Ateliers 2/3/4 French architecture, urban planning and landscape agency

Parella led this ambitious project with a global approach, combining strategic consulting, design and technical coordination.

The result? A building in keeping with Bayard's convictions, designed to last, unite and inspire. A headquarters for today, and above all for tomorrow.
