We defined a multi-year real estate strategy by approving the long-term development plan. As part of this effort, we conducted in-depth research and negotiated a lease for a pre-construction building, Momentum, located in the Ternes neighborhood.
A technical, environmental, and spatial analysis was conducted to ensure that the shortlisted buildings perfectly met Wavestone’s needs. Finally, we supported the project at every stage, overseeing the processes related to the design, the layout of the future workspaces, and the construction of the building.
