This new Paris headquarters project embodies the group's vision and aspirations, offering modern, flexible spaces to stimulate collaboration and innovation.

We defined a multi-year real estate strategy and validated the long-term development plan. As part of this process, we carried out in-depth research and negotiated a lease forMomentum, a building in future state of completion, located in the Ternes district.

A technical, environmental and spatial analysis was carried out to ensure that the shortlisted buildings perfectly metWavestone's needs. Finally, we accompanied the project every step of the way, overseeing the design process, the layout of the future workspaces and the construction of the building.
