Supporting Bacardi in defining and implementing its real estate strategy in Paris, amid deliberations over whether to remain in its current premises or relocate.

As a major international player in the spirits industry, Bacardi sought to evolve its Parisian presence to better accommodate new ways of working, while enhancing the appeal of its work environment for its teams.

Following an in-depth strategic analysis, the decision to return to a central location emerged as a key driver of the project. The goal: to offer employees a more accessible, dynamic work environment aligned with current expectations.

Numerous site visits allowed us to explore different locations and building types to identify the most suitable solution.

The project culminated in the leasing of approximately 1,000 m² of space within the Antin Opéra building, located on Rue de la Chaussée d’Antin and owned by Covéa.

A strategic location, in the immediate vicinity of Saint-Lazare and La Trinité, allowing teams to come together in a central, connected, and attractive environment.
