Following an initial phase to define the real estate strategy, various opportunities were analyzed through a selection of buildings that underwent in-depth spatial and technical studies.
The project culminated in the leasing of approximately 700 m² within the CBX Tower in La Défense.
Recently renovated, this iconic tower offers bright, flexible, and high-performance office spaces, as well as a full range of amenities and excellent accessibility. Its strategic location in the heart of Europe’s leading business district enhances the site’s appeal to employees, partners, and clients.
