Support the APM—Association Progrès du Management, which has been working since 1986 to develop leaders—as it begins a new chapter in its history with the acquisition of its future headquarters: the Maison de l’APM.

After 17 years on Rue de Réaumur, the challenge is to find a location that can fully embody its identity and mission: to foster the company’s growth through the growth of its leaders.

The choice fell on a standalone building of approximately 1,500 m² in Paris’s 13th arrondissement. Formerly a factory, then the headquarters of the Viguier architecture firm for nearly thirty years, the building holds deep symbolic significance: a space designed by spatial designers that is now becoming a place dedicated to business leaders and entrepreneurs.

Featuring a distinctive architectural style, the building offers bright spaces that open onto a garden and extend onto terraces. It provides an environment conducive to collaborative work, discussion, and reflection, in line with the APM’s values and practices.

At the heart of the project: making the space a catalyst for achieving a goal by creating an environment that fosters learning, sharing, and growth.

— Overall coherence: alignment between real estate strategy, community project, and projections for future uses

— Enhancing the site: selecting a building with a strong architectural identity, capable of conveying meaning and embodying a new chapter in the history of the APM

The Maison de l’APM project reflects a strong conviction: a location is not chosen solely for its characteristics, but for what it helps bring to life. A space designed as a true tool to support leadership development and foster a sense of community.
