The Delville Group, a leading provider of interim management and corporate finance advisory services, sought to support its growth by establishing a new headquarters befitting its market position. The ambition went beyond simply finding office space: the goal was to make this real estate project a true driver of growth, capable of supporting the teams, strengthening the firm’s image, and accommodating its new operational needs.
Parella supported the Delville Group at every stage of the project: defining requirements, site selection, technical studies, lease negotiations, and then the design and implementation of the workspaces at 176 Avenue Charles-de-Gaulle in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
The interior architecture draws direct inspiration from Delville’s graphic identity. Its logo—composed of flowing lines, points of convergence, and connections—serves as the project’s guiding thread. This identity is translated into the space through an organic design inspired by living forms: each line evokes a vein, each point a meeting, and each circulation path a stage of growth. The spaces thus form a fluid, structured, and welcoming ecosystem that fosters collaboration and new ways of working.
Designed in a month and a half—including two weeks of consultation with the companies—and then completed in two months of construction, the project demonstrates that a holistic approach, from real estate strategy to interior design, makes it possible to combine speed of execution, architectural coherence, and strict adherence to deadlines.
Our missions and ambitions.
— Real Estate Consulting: strategic framework and needs assessment in line with the Delville Group’s development priorities
— Analysis and Decision Support: comparative analysis of potential locations, scenario modeling, and guidance on trade-offs
— Search and Selection of the New Headquarters: identification of suitable properties, technical studies, and support in negotiating the legal and financial terms of the lease
— Architectural design and layout of new workspaces consistent with the firm’s identity
— Development of an architectural concept inspired by living organisms, reflecting the notions of movement, connection, and evolution specific to Delville
— Conducting design studies, consulting with contractors, and overseeing construction within a tight schedule
— Implementing a reuse strategy by retaining a large portion of the existing furniture and integrating new furniture that complements the existing pieces
— Coordinating all stakeholders to ensure continuity between real estate strategy, design, and execution.
Working with the Delville Group involved much more than simply selecting a building. From real estate strategy to the delivery of the spaces, every decision was designed to translate the firm’s ambitions into a cohesive, high-performing, and sustainable work environment. This project illustrates Parella’s ability to combine real estate consulting, architecture, and project execution into a single, comprehensive service package that enhances organizational performance.
