- Three leading institutional investors - Société Générale Capital Partenaires, BRED Banque Populaire and Bpifrance - join the group's capital to support and accelerate accelerate its growth.

The PARELLA Group has enjoyed sustained growth over the past three years, reaching sales of almost €150 million in 2024, 40% of which will be generated internationally. In addition to four external growth operations , the Group has recorded strong organic growth and opened new international locations.
