OFFICE DESIGN

The objective: To carry out the complete interior fit-out of a 1,500 m² office space in a BREEAM-certified building, ensuring a modern and functional design adapted to the needs of the international end-user.

Our missions and ambitions.

- Renovation, adaptation and modification of existing HVAC and electrical systems

- Coordination of design, procurement and installation of all office furniture and custom fixtures

- Installation of floor coverings and decorative elements 

- Fit-out of a new IT room and integration of audiovisual and videoconferencing systems in seven meeting spaces

- 12-week project delivery, working with The Instant Group to ensure smooth, on-time execution
