Parella defined the real estate strategy by drawing up specifications in line with the objectives of Refashion. It then carried out an in-depth site search and analysis, carrying out a technical and spatial study of the available options to identify the most suitable space. Last but not least, Parella accompanied the real estate negotiation process through to the signing of the contract for a space operated by Deskeoin the 8th arrondissement of Paris.
