The goal: To complete the high-end interior design of the new Café Kitsuné in the heart of Palazzo Venezia, on Piazza Cordusio, while balancing heritage preservation requirements, luxurious finishes, and a tight schedule ahead of Milan Design Week.

Our missions and ambitions.

- Design and execution of a premium fit-out in a listed building, via the creation of a "box in box" to preserve the existing structure

-Careful coordination
in an occupied environment (hotel and shops), respecting heritage requirements and project deadlines

- Integral project management: programming, procurement, regulatory compliance and site supervision

- Translation of Café Kitsuné design in collaboration with the Paris team: sample selection, space planning, sourcing of standard components in line with the trusted brand's aesthetic, responsible waste management

- Sophisticated finishes, custom signage and meticulous detailing on a reduced surface area of 60 m² (interior + outdoor terrace)- Fluid, responsive communication with the remote customer, enabling continuous progress despite geographical constraints

- Sustainable approach: local sourcing, partners.
