The goal: To assist La Maison Française du Verre in designing its new headquarters in La Défense in order to support the group’s ambitions for growth and transformation. The project aimed to create a contemporary, functional, and unifying work environment capable of supporting new collaborative practices while reflecting the company’s identity and industrial history. The goal was to design spaces aligned with the group’s priorities of innovation, growth, and attractiveness.

Our missions and ambitions.

General contractor: overall project management, coordination of various stakeholders, and oversight of the project through to final delivery
Transformation support: creation of workspaces designed to support the organization’s evolution and foster new modes of collaboration— Integration into a contemporary commercial building: adaptation of the fit-out to the technical and architectural characteristics of the Ampère E+ building
Quality of execution: attention to spatial coherence, precision of finishes, and overall quality of execution
Design of collaborative environments: creation of spaces integrating work areas, meeting rooms, informal spaces, and social areas that foster interaction between teams

Materials & comfort: selection of materials and finishes that help create a simple, warm, and sustainable environment, consistent with the group’s image— Identity & experience: design of a headquarters embodying the renewal and international ambitions of La Maison Française du Verre, while offering a high-quality and functional employee experience

Through this project, La Maison Française du Verre is establishing a new dynamic for growth by setting up shop in the heart of La Défense. A project where work environment, organizational transformation, and collective ambition converge to usher in a new chapter in the group’s history.

To drive this strategy of expansion and international development, the group has undertaken a transformation of its work environment and sought to offer its employees a new way of working.
