The goal: to design and deliver two stores in just four weeks each, while adhering to the brand’s visual identity and international standards.
Our missions and ambitions.
— Store design in the Belle Épine and Aéroville shopping centers
— Meeting tight deadlines through flexible and efficient planning
— Rigorous coordination with the shopping centers to manage administrative documents and logistical constraints
— Weekly project updates with the client and sharing of photo reports
— Management of specific constraints, including time restrictions for the facade and logistics at Aéroville
— Execution of design and fit-out work: lighting, electrical systems, HVAC, graphics, finishes, and flooring
— Collaboration with Lids’ regular subcontractors Lids to ensure brand consistency and guarantee timely delivery that meets expectations
