How do you transform the offices of an international environmental non-governmental organization (INGO)? That's the question Greenpeace put to Parella's Dutch office.

1,800 m²
Our teams at Parella's Dutch office first helped Greenpeace determine its real estate strategy for its headquarters.
Following this scoping phase, we helped the NGO renegotiate the lease for its international headquarters, as well as look for new premises for its Dutch headquarters.
Our teams then stepped in to design and fit out the new headquarters (1,800 m²). We took into account the existing situation and the real estate obligations of the two headquarters.

Following Parella's analysis, Greenpeace decided to keep its international headquarters in its current location, and entrusted us with the task of renegotiating the lease.
The project consisted of installing offices in a fully renovated former metal workshop, with the brand and its commitment showcased throughout the premises. We prioritized the use of innovative, environmentally-friendly materials and solutions. Finally, common spaces were created to encourage informal exchanges and enhance the experience of employees and visitors alike.
