- Relaxation areas with bar, pool table and beer dispenser
- Meeting rooms, a large executive office, and relaxation areas to promote conviviality and networking
- Optimized acoustic design: sound-absorbing panels, plasterboard walls with wool insulation and soundproof telephone booths
