As part of its expansion in France, Five Guys Europe has entrusted Agilité, a Parella company, with overseeing the construction of its new restaurant in Lille. This new collaboration builds on a relationship of trust forged through several joint projects.

Covering nearly 500 m², this new location had to meet the brand’s international standards while incorporating the specific requirements of a highly technical project. Between a local supply chain, equipment supplied directly by the client, numerous contractors to coordinate, and a particularly tight schedule, each stage required rigorous organization and meticulous planning.

Agilité’s teams managed the operational oversight of the construction site and coordinated all participating contractors to ensure smooth execution, compliance with quality requirements, and the restaurant’s delivery within the specified timeframe.

Beyond its operational success, this project demonstrates Agilité’s ability to support international brands in the rollout of their retail spaces by balancing strict adherence to deadlines, technical coordination, and excellence in execution.
