Parella defined Evercore's real estate strategy by precisely identifying its needs and carrying out an in-depth analysis of the Paris real estate market. This led us to seek out and negotiate the lease of 1,800 m² at 90 Courcelles, an emblematic building located close to the Parc Monceau.

Acting as project manager, we supervised the restructuring and layout of the space to ensure that it was perfectly adapted to Evercore's requirements. A rigorous technical and spatial analysis was also carried out to ensure that the premises were consistent with the company's expectations.
