Parella defined Evercore’s real estate strategy by precisely identifying its needs and conducting an in-depth analysis of the Paris real estate market. This process led us to seek out and negotiate a lease for 1,800 m² at 90 Courcelles, an iconic building located near Parc Monceau.
As a project management consultant, we oversaw the restructuring and fit-out of the spaces to ensure they were perfectly tailored to Evercore’s requirements. A rigorous technical and spatial analysis was also conducted to ensure the premises met the company’s expectations.
